Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use KeepTake on up to the number of devices stated at purchase (3 by default). The software is licensed, not sold.
Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. (polar.sh), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, who handles billing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and receipts.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support and we will refund your purchase in full. Refunds revoke the license and deactivate the software.
KeepTake activates against our license server. The app periodically re-verifies your license online and continues to work offline between checks for up to 7 days. We may revoke licenses obtained fraudulently or refunded.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential.
Updates are provided at our discretion and are included with your license. We may change or discontinue features over time.
The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost recordings or data.
